Service Description

Articulate Daily is an AI-powered speech coaching platform that helps users improve their communication skills through practice and feedback. We provide daily questions, recording capabilities, and AI-generated feedback.

User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Not share your account with others

Subscription and Payment

Our Pro subscription is billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

User Content

You retain all rights to your audio recordings. By using our service, you grant us permission to process your recordings for the purpose of providing feedback and improving our AI models. We will not share your recordings with third parties without your consent.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Upload harmful or offensive content
• Abuse or harass other users or our support team

Limitation of Liability

Articulate Daily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
